City Common Council Approves Garden

The City of Plattsburgh has approved and supported the establishment of a community garden in the Melissa Penfield Park.
Details of the agreement between the city of Plattsburgh and the Plattsburgh Community Garden Group, Inc. will be discussed at the May 4th meeting of the Plattsburgh Community Garden Group.
